MEASURE Evaluation Helps PEPFAR Deliver Results

by on September 21, 2015

MEvalHelpsPEPFAR_iconMEASURE Evaluation is the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID’)s flagship mechanism for strengthening health information systems in developing countries. This fact sheet describes how MEASURE Evaluation can help plan and conduct studies and evaluations that are in line with the U.S. President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and USAID evaluation policies—evaluations that are rigorously designed and take into account the complexities and realities of real-world settings.

MEASURE Evaluation can also assist with the challenges and opportunities presented by new data streams and information systems, such as PEPFAR’s Data for Accountability Transparency and Impact (DATIM) system for collecting data. Examples of our work in Ghana and Swaziland are provided.
